Closed on statutory holidays.

The office is located in the Southern Alberta Institute of Urology, above the public parkade in front of Rockyview Hospital. If you drive, park in the main public parkade in front of Rockyview Hospital, and take the elevator to the 6th floor. (Note: Vesia cannot validate your parking pass.)

1. In case of emergency »

   For urgent medical problems outside regular business hours, please consider contacting one of the following:

   • Your family doctor, nearest walk-in clinic or nearest emergency department.
   • The Calgary Health Region’s Healthlink at 811 or visit http://www.albertahealthservices.ca/223.asp
   • If you are an existing patient of one of the urologists, you may contact the Rockyview Hospital switchboard at 403-943-3000 and ask for the urologist on call to be paged.

1. Questions & advice »

   For non-emergent issues and questions, please contact the Centre during regular business hours. Whenever possible, we will strive to deal with your problem immediately; however, depending on the timing and nature of your problem, your call may be returned by one of the staff at a later hour.

   Walk-in appointments cannot be accommodated, and all visits must be scheduled in advance.
